Optional Activities
The BPAMA wants to make the 2008 convention not only valuable for members, but enjoyable for their spouses and other guests. While you are participating in business meetings, workshops, forums and other convention activities, your guests can take part in optional entertainment and recreational activities, available at an additional cost.
The activities have been selected to showcase the beauty, flavor and gifts within the beautiful city of Tucson. The dates and times correspond with the business meetings, and all activities will conclude in time for guests to join the attendee for all social activities on the agenda.
These optional activities are in addition to your BPAMA convention registration fee and will be handled directly by an outside company, TBA Global.
BPAMA does not handle registration for optional tours and activities.

- The tours and activities have minimum numbers that must be met for the tours and activities to proceed; if minimums are not met, the tour and/or activity will be cancelled and registration fees for the tour and/or activity refunded
- The deadline for registration: September 29, 2008; tours and activities whose minimum numbers have not been met will be cancelled after this date
- A representative from TBA Global will be available during convention registration to answer any questions
