Business Meetings
Please remember exhibitors are invited (and encouraged) to attend the general session and workshops. Don’t miss this opportunity to see what BP has for the jobber channel of trade in 2009. In order to attend the opening session, booth set-up should be completed on Wednesday, October 22, end of day.
This year’s featured speakers include economist Philip Verleger of PKVerleger, Inc., one of the world’s most renowned energy economists, and David Portalatin of The NPD Group, the leading global provider of consumer and retail market research information.
Social Events
Exhibitors are invited to all social functions. We hope you choose to take advantage of these additional networking opportunities outside the business expo. They include:
- Welcome reception — Wednesday, October 22, 5:30–7:00 p.m., Ania Terrace
- BPAMA Tucson Gala — Thursday, October 23, 7 p.m., Tucson Ballroom
- Dinner and entertainment — Friday, October 24, 7–10 p.m., Ania Terrace
Booth Placement
Booth placement is determined by BPAMA and BP. Placement is based on the following facts:
- Sponsorship
- Order of registration
BPAMA Dues
Annual dues in BPAMA must be current to participate in the BPAMA Convention and Business Expo. Annual dues are $500.
Lead Retrieval System
Once again we will offer the lead retrieval system at no additional charge. The system corresponds to an alpha-numeric code printed on attendees name badges. The input of that code into the lead retrieval system pulls up a database including the contacts information and an area for you to take notes on your conversation with the individual.
To use the system on site you will need Internet access and a computer in your booth. Otherwise you can record the code manually and input the information upon return to your office.
