The JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa offers all the amenities of a luxury resort while preserving the natural habitat of the Sonoran Desert – 95 percent of the property has been left in its original state. The resort boasts world-class spa facilities, nationally acclaimed golf courses and award-winning restaurants.

Hotel Reservations are to be made directly to the Marriott.
BPAMA does not make hotel reservations for attendees.

Reservations can be made via any of the following:
2. Call the JW Marriott directly at 888-527-8989 and reference BPAMA
3. Make reservations online at the BPAMA preferred rate by clicking on the following link: http://marriott.com/tussp?groupCode=bpabpaa&app=resvlink.

Cut-off date for the group rate is Monday, September 29.

At this time any rooms under the BPAMA block, not reserved, will be released to the general public.

This does not guarantee that the rate will be available until that date. Once all the rooms held in the BPAMA block have been booked, the rate may change.

Early booking improves rate availability.

Requests received after September 29, or once the convention block is filled, will be confirmed on a space-available basis.

  • There is a three-day cancellation policy prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax cancellation fee
  • Rooms are $229, plus a 12.01% sleeping room tax and a $1 city tax
  • Hotel check-in time is 4 p.m., and check-out is 12 noon
