Do I Really Have a Handle on Health Insurance – Tuesday February 23rd, 7:00-7:45 am
In many companies the cost of Health Care is likely to be the top five expenses for the business.  This breakfast round table will discuss how to explore ACA cost compliant & efficiency strategies, how to use technology to your advantage, and how to navigate the reporting and record keeping responsibilities under the ACA.  You will come away with a better idea of how your business can impact the costs associated with the ACA requirements.

You Don’t Have to Address Succession (but what if you don’t?) Wednesday Feb 24th, 7:00am to 7:45am
When succession is left ot the whims of fate and chance, the business and the family can get burned from actions and inactions prompted by the heat of emotions.  There is a proactive, integrated approach you can use to ensure a successful succession and exit plan, despite the complexities that will assuredly come into play.  Participants will learn an integrated approach to succession & exit planning that addresses 5 strategic components: the Founder & Family Plan, the Business & Strategic Plan, the Management Plan, the Ownership Plan, and the Governance & Tax Plan.
